Naming Conventions

• Use all lowercase
• The clients username is the username+the WordPress page ID# of their Dashboard

Create Dashboard Page

Create Astrodienst File

• Name the file [username]+[wordpress dashboard page ID#]
  • Example: jennie5046
    • This will reduce data entry when you download and will allow you to search by username in Worpress media. Astrodienst will include this name automatically whenever you download anything for this client.

Print Astrodienst Charts & PDF’s

Canva

PNG Images for WordPress

1. Pull up the Charts folder in Canva (use the search bar)
2. Make a Copy of the Chart Wheel Template
3. Name the file as username+WPClientPageID#
4. Go To Astrodienst
5. Core Chart: Use the Astrodienst default chart
   • .png
     • Right Click – Copy Image
   • Go back to Canva
     • Right Click – Paste Image onto the appropriate color background according to the element majority
   • Go to Edit Image
     • Choose Magic Eraser
     • Erase all data, just leaving the chart wheel
     • Click on BG Remover
     • Adjust edges of the chart wheel to remove all excess white space
     • Adjust size to 804 x 820
     • Center
   • Set Filter to Sandi
     • Adjust the intensity by about 10% – 20%
   • Download to Pictures/Circescode/ClientCharts
     • Name core chart as Username+NumberCore.png
     • Name extended chart as Username+NumberExt
6. Extended Chart: Use the Astrodienst w/Asteroids
   • Repeat Steps for the Core file
7. Upload to WordPress
8. Update metadata
   • Add the Username+Number to the following:
     • Core Chart
       • Alternative Text = Core Astrological Birth Chart
       • Caption = Core Birth Chart
       • Description = Core Placidus House System Ancient Rulership Birth Chart
     • Extended Chart
       • Alternative Text:
         • Extended Astrological Birth Chart
       • Caption:
         • Extended Birth Chart
       • Description:
         • Extended Placidus House System Ancient Rulership Birth Chart
9. Go to the Media Library to view all
   • Attach the charts to the client’s dashboard
10. Set up the Documents Page
    • Go to the PDF Icon in the left sidebar of WordPress
    • Add Client Document

PDF’s for WordPress

Do the following for both the core & extended charts

1. Go to Astrodienst
2. Download the PDF Drawing for Subscribers and Download
3. Download the PDF Additional Tables
4. When name the chart do not delete the astrodienst name, instead append with the following:
   • Corechart_
   • Coredata_
   • Extchart_
   • Extdata_
